- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I just called to schedule an appointment for my daughter who was a patient with Maria Chadha. Dr. Chadha has retired so I was asking to schedule an appointment w/the other dentist who also is a childrens dentist. The receptionist seemed very put off and even said to me "Well, I thought that your daughter was a patient of Maria?" She was very curt and had a very nasty tone. I then replied, "Yes, she was. But if shes retired then is it OK for me to schedule an appointment w/the other dentist? You did say he was a children's dentist, correct?" She said "Well, yes, but..." to which then I cut her off and told her to nevermind that it seems to me that I was putting her off by even asking. She was short, rude, had a nasty tone and seemed incredibly put off that she had to look up my daughters information on the computer. So, given the rudeness of the receptionist I'm assuming that this business doesn't want any new business. And if shes that rude with me then how will they treat your children?
