- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If you don't require call backs and information on your billing, this is the place for you. When you do speak with someone (if they answer the phone) they still can't explain why you are over paying and when your bill is adjusted, they still manage a way to overcharge you. As for the lending process, DONT do IT! They hit our credit 10x for a car loan after we where already pre-approved trying to give us their "promised" lower rate that they couldn't even match, therefore lowering our score! The worst part was when we cancelled they were rude and said I would receive my money back, then proceded to charge me the following month again while still waiting on a refund! I'm only sorry we put up with it so long and it costed us so much money. Do yourself a favor if you want State Farm, go to a different agency!December 25, 2016by Sam kalinowski
